Cook the asparagus in salted water for about 5 minutes, rinse with cold water and set aside (I cut the asparagus into 3 cm pieces). Wash the strawberries and cut them in half. Wash the rocket and cut into coarse strips.
Make a dressing from the remaining ingredients and mix with the salad.
Tips:
1. You can add grated Parmesan over the salad.
2. Place the fried duck breast slices on the salad.
3. Dice the sheep`s cheese and place on the salad, if necessary toast with a little honey and pine nuts (and put on the salad while warm).
