- Cook the green beans in salted water for about 10 minutes. Drain and drain.
- Fry the bread slices on both sides and rub the garlic clove. Then cut into small cubes. Finely chop the basil, crumble the feta cheese.
- Fry the tomatoes in 1 tablespoon of oil, season with salt and pepper.
- Make a vinaigrette with the remaining oil, white wine, vinegar and basil.
- Pour the vinaigrette over the bread cubes, feta cheese and beans and mix. Put the tomatoes on top.
