Instructions

  1. Prepare a salad dressing from vinegar, broth, herbs, very little salt (the capers are salty), pepper, and diced shallots. Crushed egg yolks can be added to taste. The salad sauce should taste sour and piquant.
  2. Now cook the French beans in very salty water until they are firm to the bite, rinse.
  3. Cut beef.
  4. Add the beans to the sauce and let it steep to taste.
  5. Arrange the meat on a plate, add the beans and pour some sauce over the meat.
  6. Alternatively, just dice the meat and fold it into the sauce along with the beans. This is suitable to take with you to work the next day.
  7. It becomes a main meal with fried potatoes.
