Clean the green beans and cut them all to a length of approx. 4 cm. Boil in salted water for 5-6 minutes and quench immediately, place dripping wet in a bowl.
While the beans are cooking, roast the sesame seeds in a pan without fat and then grind them finely.
Pour the mayonnaise on the beans and mix well, at the end sprinkle over the ground and wonderfully fragrant sesame seeds.
