• 1 gr.can (s) beans (green beans, 800g gross)
• 200 g sour cream (24% fat)
• 1 medium onion (s), diced
• 2 ½ tablespoon vinegar (herb vinegar)
• 1 tablespoon oil
• 1 ½ tablespoon sugar
• Salt and pepper, black from the mill
• Garlic powder

Instructions

1. Mix the sour cream with the onion, vinegar, oil and sugar well. Season well with pepper, salt and garlic powder. Mix in the drained beans. Let it steep in the refrigerator. Possibly season again and add seasoning if necessary.
