Chop the garlic vigorously. Halve the chilli and cut the meat into small pieces. Break the washed and cleaned beans into pieces approx. 3 cm long.
Heat the oil in a pan. Put the garlic and chilli in the hot oil and fry lightly. Add the meat and, as soon as the meat is white, add the beans. Pour some (very little) water, put the lid on and stir occasionally.
As soon as the water has evaporated and the beans change color, the whole thing is ready and it can be served.
There should be a glass of milk next to the plate; milk takes the heat away. Rice may be enough as a side dish.
My Chinese friend also makes eggs with tomatoes, potatoes with meat and also likes rice. I have to mention that I`m a green bean hater, but after the first try I was thrilled
