- First wash the potatoes thoroughly and then cook them covered in salted water.
- Clean and wash the beans. Bring about 500 ml salted water with sugar, 1 tablespoon butter and sage leaves to a boil. Cook the beans for 10-12 minutes.
- Peel the potatoes and keep them warm. Heat the remaining butter while stirring. Add the almonds and let them brown lightly over medium heat.
- Arrange the beans with potatoes and ham on plates. Pour the almond butter over the beans. Garnish with sage and grind with pepper.
