Dice the beef and fry in the oil. Peel and dice the onions and add to the diced bacon, sauté briefly. Now add the meat stock with the cream, bring to the boil and cook for about 5 minutes without a lid, season with salt and pepper. If the sauce is too thin, you can thicken it with a little cornstarch or let it simmer for a few more minutes.
Cook the beans in boiling salted water for about 5 minutes, drain and add to the sauce. Add the savory and let everything stand for another 3 - 5 minutes on the switched off hotplate.
In the meantime, fry 8 fried eggs and serve with the beans.
