Clean and wash the beans and cook in salted water for 15-20 minutes until they are firm to the bite. Drain and drain. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Wash the parsley, shake dry, also chop finely. Heat oil in a large pan. Add the garlic, breadcrumbs and parsley and stir-fry for 1 - 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Add the butter and let it melt. Add the beans to the mixture and fold in. Serve immediately.
Goes well with lamb chops and other briefly fried meat.
