Drain the princess beans. Then take 5-6 beans at a time and wrap the ham around them (you don`t have to fasten the packets). Place them on the open side until all the parcels are ready. You don`t have to season them either, as the ham gives off enough seasoning.
Heat the oil in the pan and fry the ham parcels until crispy on all sides.
Is totally delicious and nicely spicy. Nice on the buffet or simply as a starter.
