Instructions

  1. Clean and wash fresh green beans, cook in salted water until firm to the bite, then rinse briefly under cold water.
  2. Dice the onion.
  3. Cut the Black Forest ham into small pieces, leave out in the pan and fry until crispy. Add the butter and the onion cubes and fry everything together until the onions are translucent.
  4. Now mix with the beans and season with pepper and possibly salt.
  5. Also tastes lukewarm very good.
