Break the green beans into bite-sized pieces. Cut the potatoes into small cubes. Coarsely chop half of the onions and finely chop the other half. Finely chop the garlic.
The ground beef with the fine onions, a finely chopped clove of garlic
and knead the chilli and paprika powder, mustard, breadcrumbs, a little salt and pepper well.
Shape the mixture into balls approx. 1 cm in size. Sear the meatballs in a saucepan for about 2 minutes.
Add onions, potatoes, green beans, garlic and savory and fill everything up with the broth, season with salt and pepper. Cook over medium heat for 30 minutes. Cut the wieners into small pieces and add them shortly before the end of the cooking time.
