Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large roasting pan, add the potatoes and fry until golden, season very spicy with salt and pepper. Add the onions, garlic, beans, pine nuts and green pepper and continue to fry for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the parsley and the balsamic vinegar and let the vinegar reduce completely.
