Wash the beans, remove the woody stalks and place in an ovenproof dish. Drizzle with a few drops of olive oil, season with salt and cook in the oven for 10 minutes.
In the meantime, prepare the tahini sauce: Mix all remaining ingredients together. Pour it over the pre-cooked beans and stir to coat them evenly with the sesame cream. Then put in the oven for another 10-15 minutes until the beans start to shrink slightly. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Tastes very good both warm and cold.
