Instructions

  1. Wash the radish greens and dry them well.
  2. Put the water, apple juice, linseed oil and lemon juice in a blender. Peel the banana and put it in pieces in the blender as well. Finally, add the radish greens, roughly cut, and puree all the ingredients until the smoothie is nice and creamy and homogeneous.

  4. Please only use fresh, not yellow or withered radish greens. The radish green from your own garden or the green from organic radishes are best, as you can usually be sure that there is no pollution.
