Put the kale out of the glass or defrosted in an ovenproof dish, cut the minced meat or cabbage sausage into not too thick slices and place on top.
Peel and wash the potatoes, roughly grate (grate) and spread on the sausage. Also chop the onion and place on the potatoes. Add the mixture of sour cream, cream, salt, pepper, nutmeg and granulated broth to these ingredients (season to taste). Sprinkle on the cheese and place in the oven at 200 degrees for about 40 minutes.
