Instructions

  1. Wash and finely chop the spring onions, sauté with oil. Add the peas, stock and cream and simmer for 10 minutes. Mix everything in the pot and strain through a sieve. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Simmer the milk for 5 minutes and season with nutmeg, then froth. Pour the soup into glasses and top up with the milk foam.
