Instructions

  1. Clean the soup greens and cut into small cubes or thin rings. Heat the margarine in a saucepan and sweat the soup greens. Then add the green spelled grist and roast briefly. Add the broth and simmer for 30 minutes. Stirring occasionally.
  2. Beat the egg with sour cream until smooth and add. So that the soup bind and bring to the boil briefly. Stir in the chopped herbs to taste.
  3. The soup also tastes very good with 5-grain meal. If you like the soup a little thicker, you can also use 100 g meal (that`s how we like it best).
