Instructions
Fry the onion briefly, add the garlic, mushrooms, ginger, lemongrass and broccoli and fry briefly with the curry paste. Deglaze with the coconut milk and season with the vegetable stock. Let everything simmer for about 5 - 10 minutes.
Rice goes well with it.
