Puree the garlic and herbs in a blender. Add the other ingredients and puree until a homogeneous paste is formed. Possibly add more or less olive oil.
Pour into a screw-top jar with a twist-off lid and store in the refrigerator.
Lasts for weeks and months. The paste is very economical. You take 1 teaspoon of it and stir again with olive oil for the following ingredients:
Salad sauce, put in with meat (grilling), spread on roulades, spread roast and lamb, tomato sauce, various soups, under quark or sour cream as a grill sauce, in savory baked goods (grissini).
