Sort out the radish greens, wash thoroughly and shake dry. Peel the banana and kiwi and roughly cut into pieces. Puree both together with the lemon juice in a blender.
Chop the radish greens, also put in the blender and puree again. Finally add the water, the orange juice and the linseed oil and mix everything into a creamy smoothie. Pour the smoothie into a tall glass and enjoy fresh.
For the radish leaves, please only use the fresh, plump, green leaves. In addition, it is best to use unsprayed radishes from your own garden or the green of organic radishes.
Radishes are very healthy and contain, among other things, mustard oil, which is responsible for the slightly pungent taste of radishes and has an antibacterial effect. Radish greens are said to be even more nutritious than radishes themselves and should therefore not simply be thrown away.
