Ingredients
- 350 g mano (s), reen, unripe, the lon streaked pulp it
- 25 g desiccated coconut, unsweetened, roasted liht brown without fat
- 25 g shrimp (s), dried
- 3 tablespoon shallot (s), sliced
- 5 small chilli pepper (s), green, fresh, chopped
- 1 tablespoon palm sugar
- 1 teaspoon fish sauce
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
Instructions
- Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix together.
- Tips: If salt is missing, add a little fish sauce and if the salad is not sour enough, add more lime juice.
