Cook the pasta in salted water as usual. In the meantime, dice the meat sausage. Bring the milk and cream to the boil and then reduce a little.
Add the sausage, peas and beans to the milk and cream and season to taste. In my opinion, a larger amount of paprika goes well with the mildness of the milk-cream sauce.
Drain the pasta at the desired firmness and then arrange everything together.
