- You can save yourself fat for frying.
- Turn on the hotplate, frying pan on it (possibly without fat).
- Mix the dry ingredients, pour into the water (more like 600 ml), not the other way around, stir well.
- The pan is now so hot that you can turn it down a notch, only fill the pan with enough batter that you can easily turn things over with the spatula.
- Please be careful with the heat, otherwise they will be too dark!
