Instructions

  1. Peel and dice 2 oranges, 0.5 lemon, and 1 kiwi. Core and dice 0.5 pear. Wash 1 handful of baby spinach and shake dry.
  2. Add the prepared fruit and spinach to a blender along with 1 tbsp honey and 1 tbsp linseed oil.
  3. Blend on high for 1 min until completely smooth. Loosen with a splash of cold water for a thinner, drinkable consistency. Pour into glasses and serve right away.
