Instructions

  1. Remove the ends from the zucchini and cucumber. Cut both into large pieces.
  2. Core the peppers and roughly chop them as well. Remove the roots from the lamb`s lettuce.
  3. Put everything together in the blender and mix briefly.
  4. Add the honey and oat flakes, pour in the orange juice and mix everything again thoroughly on a medium setting. Add salt.
  5. Add pepper or other spices, depending on your taste.
