Instructions

  1. Put the lettuce in the blender. Halve the avocado lengthways with the knife, remove the stone and remove the pulp from the skin with a tablespoon and put in the blender. Cut open the green peppers, clean the inside, cut into large pieces and put in the blender.
  2. Now fill the whole thing with liquid, depending on your preference with milk or water, at least up to the 500 ml mark. Let the mixer run at level 3 - 4 for at least 1 minute.
  3. Remove the stem, core and blossom from the apple, cut into wedges and put in the blender. Peel the orange, remove any kernels and also put in the blender.
  4. Put salt, pepper, mint, horseradish and coriander in the mixer and let it run again at level 3 - 4 for about 1 minute.
  5. Makes about 1 liter of delicious smoothie.
