Wash and cut the lettuce and place in a salad bowl. Halve or quarter the cherry tomatoes as you like, chop the walnuts and finely dice the onions and add to the salad. Peel the mango and cut into cubes. Warning, this has a very large core. Dice the feta.
Cut the chicken breast fillets into strips and sauté them. If necessary, refine with salt, pepper and paprika powder.
Mix the herb mixture with a little olive oil and water and mix the salad. Serve with the chicken breast strips.
