Instructions

  1. Chop the herbs very finely. Hard boil the eggs, peel them and cut them into medium cubes. Put the sour cream in a bowl, add the herbs, eggs and the spices, stir, season to taste, and chill!
  2. Tastes even better the next day because the herbs are well soaked. We prefer to eat boiled potatoes and meatballs with it.
