Peel the bananas. Wash and sort the spinach. Put all ingredients in a blender, add water as you like and mix into a smoothie.
I like to have this smoothie for breakfast. Anyone who cannot cope with such a lot - just cut in half or enjoy with the whole family in between.
The spinach can also be replaced with other leafy vegetables or wild herbs. Then, however, the taste can change to something more bitter, for example - depending on which green you put in it.
