  1. Chop celery, apples, ginger and banana into small pieces so that the blender doesn`t have to bother too much.
  2. Pour 250 - 500 ml of water into the blender - depending on how you want it. At 250 ml it is already a very thick mass. Add all the ingredients and mix slowly for a moment and then on a high level for just a few seconds.
  3. The smoothie can be kept for one day in the refrigerator.
  4. Due to the rather mild taste, the smoothie even tastes good to my two sons (5 and 3 years old), although they usually avoid all vegetables.
