Chop celery, apples, ginger and banana into small pieces so that the blender doesn`t have to bother too much.
Pour 250 - 500 ml of water into the blender - depending on how you want it. At 250 ml it is already a very thick mass. Add all the ingredients and mix slowly for a moment and then on a high level for just a few seconds.
The smoothie can be kept for one day in the refrigerator.
Due to the rather mild taste, the smoothie even tastes good to my two sons (5 and 3 years old), although they usually avoid all vegetables.
