Instructions

  1. Wash the lamb`s lettuce and baby spinach well. Wash the pear and apple as well. Just remove the stem and the base of the flower and cut both into pieces.
  2. Mix all ingredients in portions, I mix it twice, in a powerful mixer for about 3 minutes. If necessary, take a little more water, depending on taste and consistency. Possibly a little sweet. Mix all individual portions together in a large jug.
  3. I only use organic products for smoothies. Chia seeds are very healthy and one of the superfoods. They give you energy for the whole day.
