Instructions

  1. Peel and chop the bananas and put them in the blender. Wash and chop the Chinese cabbage leaves and zucchini and put in the blender. Quarter the apple, remove the core and put in the blender. Peel the piece of ginger, cut into small pieces and also put in the blender. Then fill up to the 1 liter mark with water and mix for 2 minutes at the highest level.
