Instructions

  1. Wash the vegetables, lettuce, pear and apple, rinse the raspberries briefly and peel the banana. Cut everything into small pieces or into pieces. For apples and pears, only the stem and flower have to be removed. Alternate with the vegetables in a blender, I use a blender. Add water and mix for approx. 2 minutes on a high level or select the Green Smoothie program. Then add the oil and possibly bitter love and mix again for 5 seconds. This amount must be prepared in several servings. I always fill the individual portions into a large saucepan and then stir well again. Then bottle or enjoy immediately.
  2. The smoothie will keep in the fridge for 3 days. Makes a total of approx. 3 liters.
