Instructions

  1. I always let the frozen spinach thaw a little in the microwave first. Peel the mango and cut into small pieces. Peel the two mandarins, roughly remove the whites and divide the pulp into the individual pieces.
  2. Put the spinach, mango and mandarins in the blender and mix well. Then add the water and mix again briefly.
  3. Depending on your preference, more or less water can of course be added or this can be replaced by juice, e.g., orange or pineapple, can be replaced.
