Instructions

  1. Wash the fruit, the salads and the parsley. Remove only the stem and flower from the apple and pear and cut into quarters.
  2. Core half of the pomegranate in a bowl with water while holding the pomegranate under water. This way you don`t splash yourself full of the red juice and the kernels separate more easily from the rest. The soft white swims up and can be skimmed off.
  3. Put half of all ingredients in the mixer (be careful not to forget the water) and mix for about 1.5 minutes. Do the same with the other half. Then mix together in a large jug and stir. Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
