Put the green spelled grist in a large bowl, pour the boiling vegetable stock over it and let it swell. In the meantime, wash the zucchini and carrot thoroughly, peel and grate if necessary. Cut the spring onion into very thin rings and chop the parsley. Now mix the prepared vegetables and the remaining ingredients with the green spelled meal, if necessary add a little more breadcrumbs if the mixture is too sticky. Then shape cakes out of it. Heat oil in a pan and fry the cakes until golden brown on each side.
