  1. Cut the onion into small cubes and fry in a little fat. Add the finely chopped soup vegetables and deglaze with water. Now season with broth, salt and nutmeg and bring to a boil. Stir in the green spelled flour with a whisk and add the cream. Let everything simmer for about 5 minutes.
