Instructions

  1. Peel and quarter the kiwi fruit. Wash the apple, remove the stem and flower and cut into quarters. Wash the lemon and cut into pieces with the peel. Wash the lettuce.
  2. Put the fruit first, then the salad in the blender. Add the chia seeds and possibly xucker and pour in the water. Mix for 2 minutes at the highest level or set the program for a green smoothie.
  3. Can be kept in the refrigerator for 2 - 3 days.
