Instructions

  1. Cut the cucumber into eighths. Quarter the organic lemon with the edible zest and remove the stones if necessary.
  2. Put both in a blender and fill up with the mineral water. Add the peppermint and basil leaves and puree everything on the highest level to make an even smoothie.
  3. Tip: prefer light green lemon.
