Boil the sweet potato briefly, approx. 6 - 8 minutes, in water and then cut into slices. Cut the mushrooms into slightly thicker slices. Cut the onion into rings and the bell pepper into bite-sized pieces.
Mix the butter with the herbs and season with salt and pepper.
