Instructions

  1. Cut the vegetables into small pieces (not too small), mix with the spices, herbs and sauces in a bowl and marinate for half an hour. Then grill in a bowl or grill pan for about 10 minutes.
  2. You can vary it great, for example with the herbs (flat-leaf parsley goes very well) or potatoes with it, then it is more filling. We like to just eat it with a piece of bread.
