Cut the apples into 1.5 cm thick slices, cut out the core and drizzle with the lemon juice so that they do not turn brown. Grill the slices evenly on both sides so that you can see dark streaks. Sprinkle the grilled slices with raw cane sugar and caramelize with the Bunsen burner.
Fill the middle of the apple slices, where the core was, with the small fruits. Arrange four slices per serving on a plate.
Tip: Instead of fruit, the apple slices can also be filled with chocolate, nuts or marzipan.
