- Cut the pepper in half and remove the seeds. Grease with oil, salt, sprinkle with pepper and garlic.
- Finely chop the garlic and herbs.
- Mix herbs and garlic with cheese.
- Slice the loaf.
- Dry the bread on moderate charcoal on both sides. This happens very quickly, in just a couple of seconds.
- Bake the pepper on both sides. Chop the pepper as you wish.
- Put a spoonful of cheese mass on the dried slices, spread the pepper on top.
- Grilled bruschetta with baked peppers is ready.
