First of all, fry the bacon - as much as you want on the sandwich - in a pan until crispy. When you want to tan, remove it from the pan and place on paper towels to soak up the fat.
Then wipe out the pan and fry the egg in it to the desired cooking point. It is best when the yolk is still slightly soft.
Now smear a little butter on one side of the two slices of toast. Place a slice of cheese on the unbuttered side of one of the toasts, the fried egg on top, another slice of cheese and then the bacon. Finally, the second slice of toast is placed on the sandwich with the buttered side up.
Finally, the sandwich is fried in a pan over medium heat, first from one side until golden brown and then from the other side as well. Make sure that the cheese is melted too.
We ate this sandwich for breakfast in the US at the Waffle House chain and everyone loved it.
