For the marinade, mix chili peppers, garlic cloves, honey, white wine, garlic mustard, pepper, herbs from Provence and paprika and brush the chicken wings with it. Retain some of the marinade. Then let it steep in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Arrange a pile with 1 teaspoon thyme, 1 teaspoon rosemary and 1 teaspoon sage on a baking sheet and place a few cloves of garlic in between. Pour olive oil over everything.
Then place the chicken wings on the baking sheet, pour 4 tablespoons of olive oil over them and grill for about 45 minutes at 200 degrees in the preheated oven.
