Place the chicken drumsticks in a large, greased oven dish. Clean or peel the potatoes and vegetables and cut into bite-sized pieces.
You can also use other vegetables, e.g. leeks, broccoli or peppers, depending on your taste. You don`t necessarily have to adhere to the quantities given, a little more doesn`t hurt in any case.
The vegetables are placed around the chicken legs. It is seasoned with salt, pepper and herbs from Provence. Then the mold is put into the 200 degree oven. After approx. 20 minutes, pour on the broth, after a further 20 minutes the cream. After pouring on the cream, switch the oven to grill so that the meat turns brown. Occasional stirring does no harm.
