  1. Cut the zucchini into 2 cm thick slices, use a teaspoon to remove some of the pulp from the middle of the slice (but do not pierce). Put a little honey in the recess and sprinkle with a little chilli. If you like it spicy, you will of course use more accordingly. Brush the aluminum dish with the garlic oil, put in the zucchini slices and grill for about 10 minutes.
