Punch a hole in the middle of the toast slices with a small glass (e.g. liqueur glass).
Melt some butter in a frying pan and place the toast slices in the melted butter. Place the eggs with the yolks in the toast holes. Season with noble sweetness with salt, pepper and paprika.
When the egg white between the toast and the egg yolk is white, the toast slices are turned over. Place a slice of cheddar cheese on each toast immediately after turning. When the egg is well seared, turn it again. Now the toast is on the cheese. Fry the cheese side until the cheese stops flowing. Then the toast is ready.
