Brush a baking dish with olive oil. Cut the goat cheese roll into 1 - 1.5 cm thick slices and place in the baking dish. Salt, pepper and sprinkle with chilli, then place the bacon on top of the size of the slices.
Mix the walnuts with the honey and the cranberries and place on the bacon. Grill over for approx. 6 - 10 minutes.
Place the cheese on the sliced, toasted baguettes and serve with wine or as a starter with salad.
